Alumni Registration Form

Hello and welcome to the Fulbright Korea Alumni Network! Join the Network to connect with fellow Fulbright Korea Alumni. Highlight your achievements via the Alumni Profile and submit photographs and articles to be included in Fulbright Korea anniversary publications.

Downloading and Submitting Form:

1. Open or save the form onto your computer.
2. Fill out the form, saving it periodically as you progress to prevent data loss.
3. Each form enables you to complete and submit it in a single session or to save it for later use.
4. Submitting Form:
   • Upon selecting the option to submit the form, a window will appear requesting an E-mail address and Full Name. Enter your information here and select send.
     • Desktop E-mail Application: Select this option if you use Microsoft Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, Apple Mail or any other E-mail applications.
     • Internet E-mail: Select this service if you currently use an Internet E-mail service such as Yahoo, Microsoft Hotmail, Google Mail, or others.
       Important: In selecting this option, you will be required to E-mail the form manually as an E-mail attachment.
